1. Service Scope & Engagements
RunYourGTM delivers high-performance marketing systems and AI automation under three primary engagement formats:
- The Sprint: A stand-alone 2 to 3 week diagnostic engagement providing pipeline audits, messaging frameworks, campaign roadmaps, and technical architecture blueprints.
- The Deployment: Full ongoing marketing operations, campaign management, landing page development, conversion rate optimization, and closed-loop attribution management.
- The AI Build: Custom autonomous AI agent systems, CRM enrichment integrations, automated communication workflows, and operational tooling.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of agreed invoices, the Client owns all custom strategic deliverables created specifically for Client under the relevant Statement of Work (SOW), including bespoke ad copy, brand positioning documentation, custom landing page code, and graphic assets.
RunYourGTM retains full and exclusive ownership of all pre-existing tools, software frameworks, diagnostic methodologies, agent architectures, and proprietary templates developed prior to or independently of the client engagement.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary technical, financial, and strategic information disclosed during consultations and active service engagements.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to supply required access to marketing tools, ad platforms, CRM accounts, and designated stakeholders in a timely manner to facilitate project delivery and campaign execution.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
RunYourGTM performs all services in accordance with high commercial and technical standards. Because pipeline conversion depends on broader market conditions, sales team execution, product readiness, and ad platform dynamics, RunYourGTM does not guarantee specific revenue totals or financing outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. RunYourGTM's maximum liability under any engagement shall not exceed the aggregate fees paid by Client to RunYourGTM in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Venue for any dispute shall reside exclusively in Oneida County, New York.
